Objectives FURSA is a program for Qualifying and training a group of fresh graduates (non employed) to get a CHANCE to be prepared to work market. Benefits & Career Impact Graduates will have benefitted from experiencing first-hand the operations of a major Oil and Gas institution. Requirements: Kuwait nationality and the age not exceed 26 years old on the date of application. Holders of a degree in a qualifying subject which recognized by the Kuwait Ministry of Education awarded no earlier than two years prior to date of application. A certified GPA of 2.5 in Technical (Engineering/Science), 3.0 in Finance/Accounting or higher (or equivalent*). Applicants should not be currently employed by any other entity. 6 Phases of “Fursa” Program
The program is a combination of Common Curriculum Training Program by highly professional training providers, Work Place Assignments, and Training at KPC and subsidiaries divided into 3 phases. It is sponsored by KPC and subsidiaries including all phases, Trainees will have a monthly allowance of XXX KD, during the training program that goes on for 12 months.
