Plan Appropriately: Housing Element of the General Plan, density bonus, inclusionary zoning Land Contributions: vacant land, abandoned properties, underutilized sites, adaptive reuse Permitting Concessions: expedited process, waivers, reduce and/or defer fees

Financial investments: Remaining RDA, CDBG funds, HOME funds, Bonds, Sales tax set-asides, special needs $, tax credit program (LIHTC) Collaboration: Health Care, School Districts, Faith-based organizations, Transportation partnerships
