Background OCPW is responsible for the development, maintenance and use of County of Orange facilities and land, serving both the general public & County operations. OCPW constructs, improves and maintains: Highways Bridges Flood Control Facilities Recreational Facilities Operate and Maintain: 380 miles of flood control channels 320 miles of highways (unincorporated)
