the seasons of leaders Seasons of Leadership… Spring = Supervisor Summer = Manager Fall = Director Winter = Executive Seasons: Spring is a young or inexperience supervisor learning the basics and trial & error. Summer is compared to a manager mid-career and becoming confident with their style yet the style may not be adaptive as needed. Director is a confident leader of others and offers guidance and performance direction. The Winter manager is very experienced, listens with interest; provides mentorship and others should seek knowledge transfer Wednesday, August 3, 2016
