HOW TO REQUEST ACCESSORY REPLACEMNT UNDER COMPREHENSIVE COVERAGE
To log a repair request for faulty equipment you should request a RMA (Return Materials Authorization) by logging a request via the RMA portal. Please note that: It is not possible to request stand-alone accessory replacement Accessories will only be replaced if specifically requested when logging a faulty unit: It is not mandatory to return damaged accessories when sending in unit for repair.

HOW TO REQUEST ACCESSORY REPLACEMNT VIA THE RMA PORTAL
Go to the RMA portal: Click on Request Repair (note: new users must first register) Select Problem Area Select Problem Description In Additional Problem Description field: Type CP: STYLUS YELLOW / STYLUS GREY / TETHER / HOLDER / PROTECTOR / STRAP DOUBLE LOOP / STRAP ELASTIC for Omni XT15 Example – CP: STYLUS YELLOW Or CP: STYLUS / PROTECTOR for VH10 Example – CP: PROTECTOR CP: BATT DOOR STD / BATT DOOR EXT / END CAP STYLUS / STYLUS / PROTECTOR / STRAP for WAP4 Example – CP: BATT DOOR EXT
