When a participant must (by either method) meet the criteria to receive a certificate
By count of courses (six out of ten courses)
By a number of Hours / CEU’s / or Credits Earned in a specific order

21. GRADREPT – Returns a count of courses, or a sum of hours/ceus
FINDINT – allows you to query by Interest Code to return only those certificate program participants
FINDGRP – allows you to query by Grouping Code
HASCLASS – returns either True/False or Yes/No if a student has taken a course which meets a stated conditions

24. Use the Interest Code as the course subject code
The subject code is automatically assigned to anyone who enrolls in the course.
In addition, it is stamped with the current date, which makes it easy to track whether or not the student completes within the time limit

25. Is there a fee to apply or register for the program?
Establish a separate course to register individuals that will collect the fee. This allows you to more easily track the fees associated with the certificate program.

From the Quick Reports screen,
check the Certificates and Separately options
