New energy related data fields (IDIS) State will certify that UGLG has submitted data to FR and that State have validated; will be done quarterly. (IDIS) New report PR 87 to measure CDBG-R expenditures HQ validating data

IDIS Online Training sessions—two for States
Several minor issues, but overall reception to system positive State Performance and Evaluation Report (PER) is live Plan is to permit lead in time prior to requiring use 11 states submitted files for upload
