how current inductees perceive the process of induction and how induction has impacted their jobs. In order to… gather suggestions for improving the new teacher induction process.

3 Process All Current New Teacher Inductees (year 1 & 2) were asked complete a brief online survey using Survey Monkey. Induction participants were given time during induction training to complete the survey via an ed link to survey monkey. Survey included questions regarding demographics, their feelings about the Induction process and suggestions for improving the process.

4 Demographics All respondents provided a description of their current position. Open Ended Responses

5 Demographics 16 different job titles. 1 non-IU teacher.
4 respondents clarified their connection to Early Childhood programs.
