Preparations for IPA - Programming
Operational programming structure set and functioning; Operational programmes for each of IPA 5 components prepared and ready to be sent to EC; Macedonia assessed by EC as most advanced IPA country in programming; Programming 2008 moves earlier as than in 2007 (start – June 2007; first draft MIPD ).
