Equipment Survey & Evaluation Economic Analysis Financial Justification Preliminary Recommendations Program Recommendations Implementation Performance Reviews Alternative Approach & Action Plan Moving forward, the first thing we will need to do is perform a complete physical survey of your mechanical system and its components. From there we will perform an economic analysis of your current owning & operating costs to determine financial justification for implementing one of our planned maintenance programs. During the course of our initial investigation we will make preliminary recommendations based on the current condition of your mechanical system, as observed during our physical/visual survey. We will then offer a recommendation for one of our planned maintenance programs and discuss implementation. Assuming we get to that point, when would you like for our program to take effect? In these cases, a formula is provided to estimate those costs based on industry standards and outside sources related to the HVAC industry. If necessary, we will use those averages. Either way we must determine the value of your mechanical system in order to make the right recommendation. Apollo Mechanical
