Moving forward, the first thing we will need to do is perform a complete physical survey of your mechanical system and its components. From there we will perform an economic analysis of your current owning & operating costs to determine financial justification for implementing one of our planned maintenance programs.
During the course of our initial investigation we will make preliminary recommendations based on the current condition of your mechanical system, as observed during our physical/visual survey.
We will then offer a recommendation for one of our planned maintenance programs and discuss implementation. Assuming we get to that point, when would you like for our program to take effect?

Here is a copy of the operating costs worksheet. Any of this information that you can gather before our next meeting will be most helpful.
We realize that some of the information required to establish owning and operating costs may be of a confidential nature within your organization, and may not be available for use in developing this analysis. In these cases, a formula is provided to estimate those costs based on industry standards and outside sources related to the HVAC industry.
If necessary, we will use those averages. Either way we must determine the value of your mechanical system in order to make the right recommendation.
