We hold only to the obedience of Jesus Christ, which is credited to us so that in Him we have not only forgiveness, but also the full grace and favor of God.

5. God has come in the flesh and He will never leave us – Matt 28
God loves us – Eph 3; Rom 5
God’s love enables us to approach God confidently. Because of His love for us and the work of Christ on our behalf, our sin doesn’t define us. We can draw near to God.

6. God chose us – – Eph 1
Increased security and confidence increase our capacity to love and serve others. - Gaudet

7. God has qualified us - Col 1:9-14 God empowers us – Acts 1:8; Eph 1

8. God is at work in us – Phil 1:6; 4:12
God changes us as we gaze at His commitments.

9. God sympathizes with us –
"For we do not have a high priest who is unable to sympathize with our weaknesses."  Hebrews 4:15

12. The ABC’s of coming to faith –
A - Admit that you’re weak and need grace and strength – That means there is GOOD NEWS FOR YOU  
B- Believe that Jesus is the only savior who can heal your heart.
C- confess to God that you want to trust Jesus as your savior and Lord.
