What is a national account?
A national account is an agreement between SERVPRO Industries and an insurance company that names SERVPRO as the preferred vendor and details how a water or fire claim will be handled. Each company has specific requirements for service and pricing that SERVPRO agrees to uphold.

Qualifying Each SERVPRO franchise must qualify to participate in the National Accounts program. All SERVPRO job files are internally audited under a strict checks and balance system while the claim is ongoing until completion.

Examples of Qualifications:
Franchise must have insurance coverage as required by SERVPRO license agreement Franchise must be in good financial standing Franchise must perform background checks on all employees

Qualifications All personnel must be uniformed and wear photo ID’s
All service vehicles are to be properly painted and decaled EPA Lead Safe Certified All technicians are IICRC Certified

How are claims received?
Homeowner Agent Adjuster SERVPRO Call Center (Claims sent from the Call Center will be dispatched by zip code.) The same guidelines will be applied regardless of how the claim is sent.

Examples of different company requirements:
The Emergency Service Limit for Allied claims is $ For Chubb it is $7500. Mercury does not allow us to do repairs. Most other companies allow it with adjuster approval. State Auto wants us to collect the deductible. For Hartford claims we have to contact the adjuster first.
