7 Strong customer relationships Frame agreements, alliances, partnerships

8 Technology leadership Strong subsea track record
FMCTI 20K, 350° subsea system agreement with Anadarko, BP, ConocoPhillips, and Shell Shell announced it would implement FMCTI 15K EVDT in GOM EVXT provided for BP on Thunderhorse project Worked with Petrobras to install Vertical Tree Systems 2001 2006 2010 July 2014 2005 2009 Feb 2014 Installation of our EVXT on Chevron’s Blind Faith project Introduced industry first HC-20 Subsea Wellhead First oil from Shell’s 15K EVDT in GOM

9 Expanding the possibilities
Subsea separation technologies enable new field development and extend the life of mature fields …of oil and gas recovery, and performance. …and performance Subsea processing technologies enable new field development and extend the life of mature fields Superior surface technologies and services meet the increasing demands of fracturing sites and well servicing conditions Advanced metering technologies and measurement systems ensure reliable and accurate custody transfer operations Leading loading arm technologies overcome the challenges of new offshore LNG facilities

10 Customer and life-of-field support
Subsea services provide real-time monitoring, tools, vessels and technological expertise to improve uptime and maximize recovery for the life of the field Green completion service reduces footprint and emissions, while increasing efficiency and safety at the well site Complete frac services enable efficient stimulations using patented technology and specially-trained technicians Measurement asset management includes 24/7 remote support, site services and comprehensive maintenance options

11 Subsea Services platforms for growth
Operation and management Installation Maintain production, increase recovery The Subsea System life cycle Drilling and completion Plug and abandonment Our strategy also identified Subsea services as a key platform for growth. Installation services – This is currently the largest piece of our after market business, as the subsea market continues to grow, installation will as well. Asset management – This includes Tool Management, Equipment Refurbishment, Equipment and Inventory Tracking, CPM (Condition and Performance Monitoring), Processing Equipment Related Maintenance and Rental Tools. As fields age and more is put on the ocean floor, we think our ability to manage this part of the business is going to grow. Product Optimization – This includes FlowManager™. Production and injection optimization choke settings, water production breakthrough analysis, hydrate monitoring, flow assurance, flow metering, data quality assurance, slug management and leakage and blockage detection. Equipment intervention – Typical interventions supported are for control and instrumentation modules, insert chokes, flow modules, tie-in and connections and processing equipment. Well access – This includes well intervention, which is a meaningful part of our business currently, but as the fields continue to age, and well production slows, this market opportunity is going to be very large in our opinion. The North Sea is the major market now, but the need is going to grow in West Africa, the Gulf of Mexico, and Brazil. Installation Asset management Production optimization Equipment intervention Well access
