AI 1.5: Good result allows possible future military UAS use will be reviewed at future conferences AI 1.6 (FSS between GHz): Acceptable outcome regulatory constraints that will limit the number of FSS stations and their operational conditions monitor the FSS deployment insist on 500 km separation distance AI Review of the PDF Protection criteria - Review at WRC 23(?) AI 1.6 (FSS between GHz): Acceptable outcome thanks to regulatory constraints that will limit the number of FSS stations and their operational conditions, but: 3 NATO nations in the footnote (Bulgaria, Norway, Turkey) – No identified intention to deploy FSS station in GHz Need to monitor the FSS deployment and to not accept to relax the 500 km separation distance 23/11/2016

AI (7/8 GHz extension for FSS): Bad result, missed the opportunity to extend the available spectrum for X-Band FSS AI 1.12 (9/10 GHz extension for EESS): Beneficial result (increased image resolution for EESS SAR) AI 1.17 (WAIC): Good result, military radio-altimeter protected and potential improvements for future military aircrafts 23/11/2016

Early export of the position in the preparatory cycle Co-rapporteurs of different regions Collaborative tools Effective and fruitful collaboration between military and civilian NATO collaboration during regional preparatory meetings 23/11/2016

promotion of NATO military requirements and concerns Active support of national contributions in line with the NP (co-signature, support during the meetings, …) French official translation of the NP Other internal organisational topics Connections to other regions (Africa, Asia) military reps need to improve the promotion of NATO military requirements and concerns to their national civil counterparts in the WRC process 23/11/2016
