Quick steps to earn Scanner NBO rebates
Partner registers each deal via Deal Registration Tool (access via Partner Portal)
HP conducts validation and provides approval or denial
If approved, a 6 month deal eligibility window assigned (deal submit > deal expiration)
Partner must resell at least $10,000 in 4X products to the account to claim benefits
Claim individual or multiple invoices during the 6 month window to reach $10,000
After claims meet or exceed $10,000, subsequent claims can be for any amount.
All claims must be submitted within 30 days of invoice date. If multiple invoices are submitted on one claim, 30-day claiming window begins at most recent invoice date.
Digital Sender 9250c is in PL MC and therefore is not eligible for Scanner NBO (consider 7000n instead)
