Notes regarding bank loan for light pole replacement:
Loan repayment is based on a loan amount of $145,000.
$70,191(42%) has been paid YTD from our reserves. It was our intent to repay ourselves $30,000 to $40,000 to include in loan. That would make the final loan amount $126,931 ($30,000 repayment) or $136,931 ($40,000 repayment) so our loan payment will most likely be a little lower or we can look at a 5 year vs 7 year payment plan.
Total paid to Hucker will be $167,122
