Despite the rise in totalitarianism, some countries chose to maintain democratic governments – U.S., Britain and France. It became even harder to maintain democracy once the economy failed. For today’s activity, you will work in groups of 3. Each person will be responsible for reading about one demoncratic country and completing their portion of the worksheet. After your entire group is done, you will meet and teach the information to your group. These are your notes – keep the info simplified and summarized! No direct copying - I expect explanation! In your groups, number off 1-3. United States: pg Great Britain: pg France: pg I will check these for points tomorrow so make it count!
