7. Additional support
In addition to the Learning Lab, I am also available after school each day for one on one tutoring. Mathia is also a great way to receive extra practice on a skill we are working on in class.

8. Grades
Students will be assessed through participation, class work, homework, quizzes, and tests. Grades will be determined each quarter and split into the following:
Homework/Class work/Participation 20% –This category will be based on student effort and complete work
Tests/Quizzes 80% –Tests will be given at the end of a chapter in most cases
Homework is given each night, however I do allow a few minutes at the end of class for students to begin their homework.
