Requests are processed by date in order which they are received.
Scheduling hierarchy Monday – Friday Regular Business Hours: 8:00 am – 5:00 pm Scheduling Main Line: Requests are processed by date in order which they are received. Formal instruction to HSC students and classes take priority to all other meetings/events. Required standardized testing or skill check-offs to HSC students. Regular scheduled HSC administrative meetings. Formal review sessions, discussion groups, etc. with HSC students. Continuing professional education and workshops provided by HSC faculty and staff. Student organization meetings. Informal student group study and review (outside of class). Last minute HSC administrative meetings. HSC events, including symposia, public meetings, receptions, etc. Community events (meetings, workshops, receptions). Outside parties may be billed for services (i.e., custodial, security, IT).

All TAMHSC individuals already have an account.
