1. Annual Meeting Proposal
I propose that the January Board meeting should be scheduled like last year. The meeting should start at 4pm on Friday January 24 and go till 8. On Saturday, it should convene at 9am and go until 6 with a break at noon for lunch and Dinner at 6:30 at off site locations. Sunday will start at 9am and adjourn at noon. The meeting will be held at the new UTDesign studio in UTD's Synergy Park North Center. This is located near the intersection of Waterview Parkway and Synergy Park BLVD.
