8. Development Manager Role
Head Coach Pee-Wee – Lee Ann Denham
Weekly session will be sent out by Lee-Ann to club coaches for support. NSGSC Staff coaches will be able to help support during sessions with you U9

9. Development Manager Supports a specific age group at training
Trains / Mentors volunteer coaches and staff on club philosophy and curriculum
Attend some games
Be connection to coaches / managers on technical questions
Help with creation of a player based development plan

10. Development Manager Assessment
Phase 1 – Player
Internal data based collection of each age group
Phase 2 - Club Head Coach
coach feedback / support – based on goal-setting objectives
Phase 3 – Team
Assess the team is playing at a standard that fits opposition
Assess team objectives fit the philosophy of the NSGSC
Phase 4 - On Field post-season sessions
Support with the selection process (current u11 to u14)

11. U9-10 Assessment Player: In season assessments during practice/games
Players in the club will begin to be tracked in terms of the level
The objective of the club is to place every player at the level that fits their ability.
