4. TPA Login – www.TA-Retirement.com
Looking at the left-hand side of the screen, you will see where you can login to the TPA website. The sight will recognize that you are a TPA and direct right to the TPA sight.

5. TPA Home
You are now at the TPA home page. As a Transamerica Partner TPA, you are eligible for flexible revenue sharing on all of the Partner Series III plans that you have with Transamerica. Our TPA home page discusses the flexible revenue sharing program that Transamerica offers. As a Partner TPA you are eligible to receive 5bs of revenue sharing that is paid day one, dollar one on all PS III cases. This will be paid to you on a quarterly basis. This may also be increased in 5 bps increments up to a total of 25 bps.
One thing that we really strive at is making your job as the TPA easier and more efficient. As we navigate through the website, you will see that everything that you need for your daily activities is right at your fingertips.
Now let’s take a look at the navigation bar on the left of the screen. The next section that we will look at is the Plan Information section

6. Plan Information
The Plan Information section of the TPA website will list all of the plans that your firm currently has with Transamerica. The great thing about this page is that you can sort your plans by the Plan Name, Company Name or Plan Assets. This makes navigating between Plans easy because there is no need to memorize contract numbers.
Now lets take a look at the plan information page for one of the plans listed. This can be done by simply clicking on any one of the plan names.

7. Plan Details
The Details section will give you basic information about the plan. It will include things such as the primary contact at the plan sponsor as well as client and TPA support information. Additionally, this also list some very basic information about the plan provisions and the funds available in this plan. If you would like to toggle between plans you may click on the select another plan link located at the upper right of the page or simple click on Plan Information on the left-hand navigation bar. This will bring you back to the list of plans we saw on the plan information tab.

8. Plan Provisions
Next we will look at the Plan Provisions section. As a Partner TPA, you will be responsible for the Plan Document for each of the plans that you have with Transamerica. When the plan is set up, we receive the general plan provisions. These are used to keep the things such as the employee website and enrollment materials up to date with current plan provisions. To see what we have listed as current provisions to the plan you may simple click on one of the various provision links in the body of the page such as “Eligibility.” You may also click on one of the provision links on the left-hand navigation bar.

9. Updating Plan Provisions
Each section in the plan provisions page will list what Transamerica currently shows as the provisions on the plan. From time to time these provisions may change. Keeping Transamerica updated on these changes is easy. At the middle of the screen you will notice a link to a form that you can complete and send back to Transamerica that will inform us of any plan provision changes.

10. Plan Provision Checklist
The plan provision checklist will launch from that link. Simply complete the checklist with the necessary plan information and changes and send it back to Transamerica. You may fax this to us or this form as an attachment. The fax and information are listed right on the the checklist in the instruction section so you never have to look up this information. You will also notice that this form is available in many locations with in the site.
