Change of expectations and routine in reading K-2 After school program created Visits to N. Reading and Melrose for peer review Eric visits to Peabody and with Melrose principal Hiring a reading tutor allowing current reading specialist to be a coach Full time team chairperson Meeting with Bridge families this week Accommodations are already being adjusted based on MCAS test Intervention mapping is done for ELA and with Title I Created a list of consistent test taking strategies 3- 5
