3. Non compliance
FAILURE to complete Will result in placements being cancelled or delayed. Referral on Placement (NO summer placement blocks) = delayed graduation

4. All Online tests will require a 80% pass rate.

SHU: Equality and Diversity (SHU)
SHU: Fire Awareness (SHU)
NHS: Information Governance (External Course)

6. Online Deadlines Process
Failure to meet online training deadlines stages:
contacted by mandatory training lead "Me"
Contacted by Mandatory training Lead Cc' Academic Advisor
Contacted by Mandatory training Lead Cc'ed Course Leader and Academic advisor
Placement Cancelled / Deferred
Note: After a Deadline warning has been ed to you
It will be the Your "students" responsibility to contact the Mandatory Training Lead (Katie Kay) and Cc'ed Administration to confirmation completion of Training with evidence.

7. 3 Practical modules
Moving and Handling
Basic life Support (MCQ and practical)
Infection Control (MCQ and practical)
Certificates from MCQ for both BLS and Infection control.
You Must complete your MCQ theory tests before the practical sessions. You will be asked to leave if you have not!!!!!
No Alternatives !!!
Previous Training from work/ placement will not be counted as an alternative!
All training Dates will be on you online tt. I will communicate deadlines for MCQ theory tests.
