Definition Solar system is the collection of eight planets and their moons in orbit around the sun, together with smaller bodies in the form of asteroids, meteoroids, and comets.
3
Sun The sun is the biggest star in the solar system.
It gives light to each planet.
4
First Two Planets Mercury: Venus:
It is the first planet nearest to the sun. Mercury has no moons. A day on Mercury is 176 earth days. It takes Mercury 88 days to orbit the sun. Venus: It has no moons like mercury. One day on Venus is 117 earth days. It takes 225 to orbit the sun.
5
Earth . Earth has one moon named the moon. It takes days to orbit the sun. Earth’s rotation is gradually slowing down.
6
Mars . Mars has two moons Phobos and Demios. It takes 687 days to orbit the sun. Mars is home to the tallest mountain in the solar system named Olympus Mons.

The next two are the biggest planets in the solar system.
Jupiter: Jupiter has 67 moons Lo, Europa, Ganymede, and much more. Jupiter has 4 rings. It takes 4,333 days for Jupiter to orbit the sun. Jupiter is the biggest planet in the solar system. Saturn: Saturn has 62 moons Titan, Lapetus and much more. Saturn has 37+ rings and 7 groups of them. Saturn takes 10,756 days to orbit the sun. Saturn can be seen with the naked eye.

Last Two Uranus: Neptune:
Uranus has 27 moons Miranda, Titania and a lot more. Uranus has 13 rings. It takes 30,687 days for Uranus to orbit the sun. Uranus’s nick name is the “Ice giant.” Neptune: The last planet is Neptune. Neptune has 14 moons Triton is one of them. It has 5 rings. It takes 60,190 days for Neptune to orbit the sun. Neptune has a very active climate.
