6 Disposition Form a type of correspondence used within the offices of the Headquarters of a unit or an organization. use for internal communication within the Headquarters. Make recommendation to higher authority. Disseminate instructions of the Commander. Transmit information, advise, order or policy Trace action, check or follow-up implementation of orders. 10 Scope of the DF: The DF is used in formal correspondence among:
Staff Division, Directorates, Offices within the Headquarters. Examples: TO: A-1 FM: A-3 TO: A-2 FM: A-6, Staff Directorate, Offices, Sections within respective PAF Command, Field Unit Headquarters. Examples: TO: DP FM: DO TO: W-1 FM: W-3 This presentation is consist of four parts: the strategic environment, PAF mandated tasks, present capability, and priority requirements.

11 Scope of the DF: The DF is used in formal correspondence among:
Staff Offices, Section within respective subordinate unit or squadron. Examples: TO: SC, 222nd HAS FM: Pers Officer, 222nd HAS DF maybe used by any Staff Command/ Offices of any Headquarters to communicate with corresponding or counterpart Staff Section/Offices of Subordinate Units.
