1. NCACTE Bylaws and Policy Manual Addendum
The following edits have been made to the proposed bylaws and policy and procedure manual.

2. Bylaws - Article VI Fiscal Operation Section 3 – Bonding
Directs the divisions to pay for division treasurer’s bonding.
Section 4 – Disbursements
Removes need for President’s signature on vouchers.

3. Bylaws - Article VII Section 4
Eliminates Chair of Nominations Committee from Part A in the tallying of votes by the Tellers Committee.

4. Bylaws - Article X Section 3 – Reporting of Delegates
Adds provision for a roster of delegates to be submitted to Executive Director 48 hours prior AOD for membership verification.

Eliminates gift for past-president (not current practice)
Policy 10 Disbursements
Eliminates separate checking account for Trade Show at CTE Conference. (Not current practice)

Eliminates Chair of NCACTE CTSO Foundation. (Currently no CTSO Foundation operated by NCACTE. *Martin Nesbitt CTE Foundation currently operates independent of NCACTE)
