Goals of the Project Continue to strengthen the relationship between civil legal aid providers in Florida and our public libraries Develop sub-sites of FloridaLawHelp.org for our initial/launch partners Present this webinar series for the benefit of library staff and volunteers, and Create extensible content feeds of resources and materials from FloridaLawHelp.org that you can import automatically into library websites.

Created by Pine Tree Legal Assistance of Maine and Arkansas Legal Services Partnership with support from LSC.gov Site offers: Legal library of topics impacting service members Assistance locator with VA Accredited Advocates Legal forms for service members Jim’s Mailbag Advocate and volunteer information Resources and advocacy referrals for service members, veterans, families and advocates.

DisasterLegalAid.org Focused on mobilizing and informing advocates and low and moderate income individuals facing natural disasters. Collaborative effort of Lone Star Legal Aid, the American Bar Association, the Legal Services Corporation, the National Legal Aid and Defender Association, the Texas Legal Services Center and Pro Bono Net. Client/patron-facing resources Multi Media Content Insurance Claims Information Housing Information Documentation Replacement General Disaster Resources Interactive FEMA Appeals tool Resources for individuals in the face of disaster, including an interactive FEMA Appeals interview.

LawHelp.org Provides a pathway to statewide websites for low income and vulnerable residents seeking legal information and referrals. LawHelp.org was launched with support of lsc.gov and the Open Society Institute, and is a program of Pro Bono Net. National portal to 54 statewide websites 10 General Legal Guides Multi Media Multilingual Variety of subjects Statewide website directory for individuals seeking local legal information and referrals.
