1. 2FA Login
After the user has successfully entered their Username and Password they will be prompted to generate and enter their security card PIN
On successful PIN entry the user will be presented with their Home Page and will carry out MOT related activities as usual.
The user will enter the PIN at every login, the need to enter a PIN at test entry has been removed.

2. Forgotten, Lost or Broken Card
If a user forgets, loses or the card is damaged, they can access MTS using a temporary method.
The user should still enter the Username and password and select the Lost/Forgotten or damaged card link from the PIN entry page.
They will then be prompted to provide the answers to their security questions. Successful answers will allow the user to access MTS until they find their card or receive a new one.

3. Enter Security Question
The user should enter the answer to each of their security questions. If they cannot remember the answers they can select the forgotten security question link which will provide with them details of how they can contact the BSD to reclaim their account.
Reclaiming their account will allow the users to reset their password and the answers to their security questions..

5. Signed in without security card
Once the user successfully answers both security questions they can return to their home page and carry out usual MOT related activities. The user will need to sign in using this method until they have remembered the card or received a replacement card.
If the user has lost the card, or it is damaged they should select the order a new security card link.

6. Ordering a new security card
If a user has lost their card, or the card is damaged they can order a replacement. The replacement typically takes between 2-5days.
The user should use the security questions to access the system in the meantime as described in previous slides

7. Select delivery address
The user can select an existing address from MTS, or they can enter a new address. Once the card has been ordered they cannot change the address.

8. Confirmation of order
The new card will typically take between 3-5 days to arrive. Users should to continue to login using their security questions until the new card arrives.
The user will need to activate the new card in order to associate it with the user.
The user can activate the card from their Profile page
