About 4 kinds of emergencies: Natural disasters, accidents disasters, public health emergencies, social security incidents, it has the ability of receiving, processing and timely releasing information. CAP version 1.2 Application in National Early Warning System of China Identifier A number or string uniquely identifying this message, assigned by the sender. Improvement of Distribution Channels

China’s BeiDou Navigation Satellite System
By now, Beidou Global Positioning System has converd the Asian-Pacific region And by the year 2020, it can cover all the world by 35 satellites Quick-positioning, Location-reporting, Informaiton-exchange played important roles in various areas Disaster mitigation Surveyiand mapping Communication Water conservancy Marine Forest fire rescue etc. Now tens of thousands of ships can receive the warning information by Beidou Constellation GEO Satellite MEO Satellite Beidou terminal distribution in Shanxi Province

Suggestions for Roadmap of Sendia Framework
Establish a worldwide unified early warning release system via CAP which has been proved available in China, with the most complicated disasters. WMO should consider to support the project of the system construction, and CMA glad to take part in. Coordinated development of digital model and forecasting technology all of the world, promote scientific research ability.
