Currently we are looking for a talent to our HR team in the position of Talent development and resourcing Manager Position Overview: Leading the country talent development and resourcing programs, processes and practices to strengthen our business performance by finding and keeping the best people, inspiring everyone to grow, developing and coaching great leaders, building a strong and diverse talent pipeline and recognizing and rewarding great performance. The Talent Development and Resourcing Manager will bring our people brand to life throughout the employee lifecycle, needs to have strong and influential relationships with the country leadership team, run a strong and capable center of expertise locally while being an active contributor to the European and Global talent and recruitment community. What you’ll do: Execution of internal and external end to end resourcing process and policies including sourcing Leading the Talent planning process to strengthen the talent pipeline and diversity for leadership roles Leading continuous improvements in Talent Development and Resourcing Facilitation of leadership development programs Lead the performance management process within the business Drive world class employee engagement practices and programs Budget ownership and accountability to build local Talent LRP and AOP each year What You Need for this Position and How You work: University degree At least 3 year HR experience in HR business partnering and ideally depth in Centre of expertise - e.g. resourcing, learning and development, performance management, talent development, engagement Strong Social media familiarity and understanding of applications like LinkedIn Excellent influencing and relationship building skills Delivering results with integrity, builds relationships of trust, shares information and collaborates Strategy Architect, who can think strategically and generate your own amazing ideas on the people agenda, and at the same time, can execute brilliantly working in matrix teams and by yourself. Change Champion, who can shape and craft the culture, navigate through change by adapting to the local business needs. Solid Business Ally that effectively partners with leaders and managers combining your constant curiosity and HR expertise with pragmatic and commercial thinking. Able to work effectively in a matrix environment, juggling multiple projects with exceptional stakeholder management expertise.
