Definitions:
Tracer study/Alumni survey/ follow-up survey: Is a tool designed to measure the relevance of a certain academic training i.e. CSA
Is a management tool for planning and monitoring of training programs i.e.
Roles: Why tracer study?
Provide valuable information : Evaluating results of a training
Institutional development: In context of quality assurance
Possible deficits in a program: A basis for future planning
Professional success: Relevance of knowledge and skills

3. TRACER STUDY (Cont…)
For programmatic changes: Review of curricula and delivery
Targets : Are not exclusive lists
Basics: What happens to graduates after the training/education
Did they find jobs/ self-employed?
Did they use knowledge and skills gained (from ACE)?
Skills and competencies demanded in job market?
Skills and knowledge challenges faced at workplace?
Is there saturation of certain training areas?

Select/identify the respondents
