2. 1-1 and Booster Provision
All LAC and target SEN pupils receive ongoing 1 – 1 tuition.
Those eligible for pupil premium, who are more able, receive booster provision for L3 at KS1 and L5/6 at KS2.
This is provided by quality school staff.

3. Deployment of Staff
In KS1 and KS2 children are taught across teams in ability groups to best meet their needs. This is for English and Maths.
Teams are organised to ensure the most effective staff work with those who are eligible for PP. (Y6/5 pupils taught by HT/DHT/Leading practitioner in maths.)

14 classes – most in the low twenties.

6. PPA Cover
In KS 2 all PPA cover is undertaken by quality teachers known to school and HT.
In KS1, as above and with HLTA covering PPA in Y1.
Supply staff are not used nor are teaching assistants.
