2 climate 100 to -40 degrees out of all salt water
The climate affects the tides by the temperature and the weather by moving the water and messing with the tides .

3 Worldwide currents The energy that drives the wind is the sun.
Two types of winds are sea breezes and land breezes. Sea breezes occur when inland areas heat up in the afternoon. Land breezes occur at night when inland temperatures drop.

4 El Nino Is unusually warm nutrient poor water off northern Peru and Ecuador. Usually occurs in late December. Occurs once every few years. El Nino can cause both droughts and floods.

5 La Nina Is a period of cooling ocean surface temperatures in central and east-central equatorial Pacific. Usually happens every 3 to 5 years. The La Nina trade winds are very strong.

6 Tides Spring tides occur when the sun and the moon are on the same side of the earth. The highest tides in the world are in nova scodia canada one high one low every 12 hours and 25 minutes. Tractive force is the gravitational force that causes tides. All planets cause this force.

7 Tides Tides are always facing the sun or the moon they cause high tides and low tides. The gravitational force of the moon is larger than that of the sun. because the moon is closer to the earth and puts out more force.
