Bilateral mastectomies and lumpectomies
Collected patient history
Made relationships with medical student and PA student on the team

5. Second rotation
Sports Medicine
Joint pain and osteoarthritis
Performed a few supervised exams

6. Third Rotation
Colorectal surgery
Da Vinci and Laparoscopic surgeries
Colectomies, proctectomies, bowel resection

Two letters of recommendation from teachers

Transcripts w/ minimum 3.4 GPA
Proof of immunizations

8. Program Requirements Attend your rotations
Wear your name tag at all time and wear white coat
Wear proper attire when in operation room-scrubs, mask, safety glasses, closed shoes
Present a five minute presentation on a patient/experience that inspired you
Lastly touch on how it’s a great experience and should prove to be worthwhile for any premedical or pre-PA student
