The day after you are enrolled in your classes, you may pick up your P2 Card at the Enrollment Services Center (One Stop Shop) with a cashier at ADM 230.
To receive your P2 Card by mail, you must do the following:

12. Choose Your Refund Preference
To receive your financial aid refund or overpayment, you must go online and choose your refund preference. You must be enrolled into classes before you can complete this process.

Refund Directly to your Bank Account via ACH Direct Deposit
Receive the funds 2 – 5 business days after the refund is processed.
Be sure to enter the correct banking information and keep it up-to-date.

Receive your refund the same day UT Tyler processes the refund

If you do not select either ACH Direct Deposit or the P2 Card, you will receive your refund via a check sent to the home address listed in your Student Center in myUTTyler. This could take up to business days to receive by mail.
