We have heard of one stop shops , malls , big bazaars, wall marts and many other concepts selling day to day needs under one roof. Unfortunately automobiles cannot be displayed on shelves and glass windows. The automobiles need space and we have the concept for space and we call it the AUTO VILLAGE

3 AUTO VILLAGE WHY With the relaxation in the Government Policies and the markets opening up our country is seeing a marked change in the living and buying pattern of the common man. The common man has become educated ,is aware and is focused on what he has to buy. And why not when all international brands are freely available in the Indian Market .The buyer has multiple choices and the Malls in the Country are living examples .

4 AUTO VILLAGE WHY One Luxury which is not available in the Mall or under one roof or in a consolidated area is the Automobile Sector. We do not have a single designated area or a Mall where we can shop for the Automobile of our choice. The average Indian today has a choice of vehicle available in his budget .

5 AUTO VILLAGE WHY The only problem is the time taken to go on a search for the right automobile. The showrooms of various automakers are located in different locations and to try one brand of automobiles it practically takes the whole day. The prospective buyer does not get ample space even to test drive the automobile that he proposes to buy because of the congestion on the roads.

In a nutshell the buyer faces the following situations. Travelling time between various showrooms. No test drive tracks available in cities. No dedicated area for parking your own vehicle while trying to zero down on a new automobile. No scope of comparison viz a viz two automobiles parked in near vicinity.

Govt of India Vision statement AMP 2026: “By 2026, the Indian Automotive industry will be among the TOP 3 of the world growing in value to over 12% of India’s GDP, and generating an additional 65 million jobs” Over the next decade, the Indian Automotive sector is likely to contribute in excess of 12% of the country’s GDP and comprise more than 40% of its manufacturing sector.

An effort to bring the most coveted brands in the Automobiles in a consolidated area The Auto Village to have multi showrooms of all makes of Automobiles. Each Showroom to have a separate identity of its own.

9 AUTO VILLAGE CONCEPT An effort to save the precious time of the prospective buyer and to get him in an area where he has an ample choice to see and compare many different brands in the same price bracket . An automobile is not bought everyday , the customer gets the chance to explore and pick the vehicle of his choice in the Auto Village.

10 AUTO VILLAGE LOCATION The Auto Village is proposed to be located on the outskirts of the city in an area of about 100 Acres. The aim is to employ the local youth and work force and to expose them to the new work culture and to generate maximum revenue for the people living in the near vicinity of the Auto Village.

11 AUTO VILLAGE DESIGN Will be designed by the best of architects and designers and since it will be one of its kind project in the world, extraordinary effort will be put in to the designs , landscapes & facilities.
