What are visions and voices?
A vision is something seen in a dream, trance, or religious ecstasy, especially a supernatural appearance that usually conveys a revelation. Visions generally have more clarity than dreams, but traditionally fewer psychological connotations.

Types of Visions Corporeal visions – as of a physical object. An experience where some kind of knowledge is gained. Imaginative visions – visions that happen in dreams (may give messages, communicate knowledge) Intellectual visions – an experience rather than an observation as of a physical object.
