10. Conclusion:
We chose to rent the house. This is because the cost is below our budget. Also because it is very spacious including 2 and half bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. It also has very few cons. It is close to our university and the bus is walking distance. It is furnished, utilities are included and there is no deposit.

We did not choose the apartment because it was both more expensive and smaller than the other options and the water is also not included with no parking.
Basement Suite:
We also did not choose the basement suite because it is not furnished and the cable and internet are not included. It is also a bit farther than the university that we both want to attend.
