Need approval for Targit time - Not scheduled as of 1/28 Company Chain added to Targit so that consolidated results / reports are same in TARGIT, KPI Charts, CRM and so on (aka parent and children accounts)

Other Process Improvements
Expedite Orders CST capturing reasons for Expedites on Wolseley and international paper – Brenda and Connie. Buyers capturing additional costs for expedited orders, freight, rush charges, purchases from non primary vendors Sue Myers gathering info regarding competitors expedited process / fees, etc. Jim Cairns informed that 2 biggest competitors based on market share are charging for expedites. As per Jim biggest challenge is ensuring lead times are accurate.

Reschedules Sales Orders Cancelled Reason Codes Met with Chris Mosby Discussed the total reason codes and actions being taken to improve on time delivery Chris will meet with GM’s about this and will report back on 2/1/2016 with the plan Cancelled Order KPI’s included to report Reason Codes - Audited on Jan 6th 2016 Weekly report published on “Cancel Code” Accuracy Will be posted on Metrics Board starting Feb 1st 2016 Will be updated until acceptable accuracy CST process updates Ongoing Process - Steve Adler is working with Jessica Shea Will be adding a SP library to store procedures
