By clicking on the word ADD (from the two different searches) in the ADD TO BUILDER column, the search boxes are populated by those terms. Now click SEARCH.

Click on SHOW ADDITIONAL FILTERS.
Click on JOURNAL CATEGORIES and AGES.
Click SHOW.
Filters & History remain for 8 hours by IP address.

By choosing CORE CLINICAL JOURNALS and ADULT 19+ YEARS, we have a reasonable number of citations to browse.
