AOSLO image distortion relative to an AO fundus camera image. (A) All PSVs between a single AOSLO/AO fundus camera image pair plotted with respect to their X and Y components. Histograms of the X and Y components of each PSV are shown at the bottom and to the left of each PSV shift plot. Single image pairs do not appear to adhere to a particular distribution. When combining all PSVs between a single subject's 10 AOSLO/AO fundus image pairs (B), the Gaussian distribution is substantially more visible. Displaying the PSVs from all subjects and image pairs (C) more accurately depicts the distribution of PSVs.
