3. . What is ChemCare? ChemCare is a waste management service offered by Univar USA, formed in the 1980’s, we collect both hazardous and non-hazardous waste products at customer locations in the United States and Canada, and then work with select partners in the waste disposal business to safely transport these materials to licensed third-party treatment, storage and disposal facilities.

5. Safety Bucks Program
Created to keep the level of employee involvement in safety higher than 90% through the use of monthly incentive programs, games and activities.
Designed to promote awareness, and to reward the continued participation in our Safety Program.
Employees earn Safety Bucks by performing positive safety behaviors.
Safety Bucks are spent at a SAFETY AUCTION Bi-Annually containing various prizes.

6. Safety Bucks Program/ Monthly Incentive
Employees can earn Safety Bucks by performing the following safe behaviors:
Quality on JHA’s
Participation in the monthly safety incentive
Performing a quality area safety audit
Each minute presentation at a safety meeting
Customer compliment sent in by Customer
Scoring a perfect job audit internally or third party
Safety suggestion/hazard concern reviewed by Safety Committee
Employees can lose Safety Bucks by performing the following unsafe behaviors:
Safety Violation (EX: improper storage of respirator)
Unexcused absence of a safety meeting/training
Tardiness to Training and Safety Meetings
Management Discretion
