PD3-06 & TM9-09 MODIFICATIONS OF PROPOSED CONDITIONS PD3-06 AND TM9-06 Recommended Actions Condition No.8 of PD and Condition No.7 of TM The ODS shall be responsible for the installation of an eight ten-foot high masonry wall and a minimum ten-foot wide landscaped strip along the east and northwest boundaries of the overall project site. The wall and landscape strip shall be subject to review and approval by the Architectural Review Committee prior to the issuance of any building permits. Item 9.01

Recommended Actions Environmental – Approval (IS23-04)
PD3-06 Condition No.20 of PD Five hundred and forty feet (540’) of sanitary sewer line from the intersection of Holman Road and Auto Center Circle is currently publicly owned and maintained. The downstream upstream sewer line, beyond the 540 feet, is currently privately owned and maintained. The property owners, developers, and/or successors-in-interest shall remove the existing, private sanitary sewer lines, and replace with sanitary sewer infrastructure in accordance to the City’s Standard Plans and Specifications.
