Established in the 2003 Meath, Cavan and Monaghan,
Part of core service provision in the regions
Family based decision making, partnership, collaboration
Integrated interagency collaboration
Supports children to remain in the care of their own families – where possible
Model based on international best practice – originated in New Zealand
Consistently meets HSE defined performance indicators
