Vitamin B helps your body make protein and energy The two types of vitamins are: fat soluble and water soluble fat-soluble vitamins are stored in fat water-soluble vitamins don't get stored they travel through your bloodstream

The two kinds of minerals are: macrominerals and trace minerals macrominerals include calcium, phosphorus, potassium, sulfur and more. Trace minerals include iron, copper, selenium and more Most foods have some minerals, especially steak!! Mmmmm steak!

WATER Without water your body would stop working properly
Water makes up more than half of your body weight You need water to digest your food and get rid of waste at birth, water accounts for 80 percent of an childs body weight the daily recommended amount of water is eight cups per day
