The two kinds of minerals are: macrominerals and trace minerals macrominerals include calcium, phosphorus, potassium, sulfur and more. Trace minerals include iron, copper, selenium and more Most foods have some minerals, especially steak!! Mmmmm steak!

Water makes up more than half of your body weight You need water to digest your food and get rid of waste at birth, water accounts for 80 percent of an childs body weight the daily recommended amount of water is eight cups per day
