3. Skateboarding Teenagers love doing my sport.
You need a helmet and special pads to do me safely.
I am done on ramps and in special parks.
I am one of the sports in the X- Games.
You need a board with wheels.
You can do many tricks with the board.

4. Baseball I`m one of the most popular sports in the USA.
I am a team sport.
My sport has bases.
I am played with a white ball.
You have to run around all my four bases to get one point.
My games are divided into innings.

5. Fishing I am done outdoors in rivers, lakes, and on the ocean.
The goal of my sport is to catch something.
You need a special stick, bait, and a hook.
I require a lot of patience and a lot of strength.
Instead of a point, you get dinner as a prize.

6. Diving I am not done on dry land. I need special equipment.
I use flippers and a wet suit.
I can see many animals and plants underwater.
I cannot breathe without special oxygen bottles.
The Navy and the police use me.

7. Bowling Kids love to play me. You need a really heavy ball.
If you get a strike, it is great news.
If my ball goes into the alley, that is not good.
I can be a team or an individual sport.
I am played indoors.

8. Basketball I am played indoors or outdoors all over the world.
I am played with a medium sized ball.
I am a team sport.
I am also an Olympic sport.
My players wear shorts and sneakers and they run a lot.
The highest level teams are the part of NBA.

9. Water jumping I can be performed indoors and outdoors.
You can do many tricks with my sport.
Some of my tricks are called: swan, pike and jackknife.
I am an Olympic sport.
Men and women are good at my sport.
You need a lot of water to do me.

10. Golf I am only played outdoors. Men and women play me.
I use a very small, white ball.
My special equipment is a bunch of things like sticks.
The goal of my sport is to put the ball in a tiny hole.
The person who takes the least amount of shots wins.

11. Hockey I am a winter sport.
You need a stick and a flat, black puck to play me.
I am a team sport.
My games are very exciting.
When you score a point, it is called a goal.
You wear a helmet and skates when you play me.

12. Skiing I am done outdoors. I am a sport in the Winter Olympics.
I have many different styles- downhill, slalom, aerials, jumping and so forth.
Snow is necessary for my sport.
I require special sticks and poles.
People of all ages do me for fun and excitement.

13. Football I am the world’s most popular sport.
I have 2 different names.
I am a team sport.
Men and women play me.
Every 4 years there is the World Cup.
There are many competitions- in each country, in Europe, Asia

14. Archery I used to be necessary to catch food for dinner.
Now I am just a sport.
Robin Hood was famous in my sport.

If you hit the bull’s eye, you get the most points.

15. Yachting I am the only sport that needs a large object.
I am done outdoors on lakes or oceans.
I need a lot of wind.
I have big sails, a rudder, and a keel.
I can be done for fun or for races.
You can travel all over the world doing my sport.

16. Tennis Men and women play me. You need a racquet and a yellow ball.
The person who hits a winner gets a point.
I can be played indoors and outdoors all year round.
I am played at Wimbledon, at the US Open, and the Australian Open.
