RE-DEFINING LEARNING AT HEMINGFORD GREY 21ST CENTURY LEARNING SPACES
EXCEEDING POTENTIAL CHILD AS LEARNER 21ST CENTURY TOOLS RE-DEFINING LEARNING AT HEMINGFORD GREY ADULT AS ENABLER 21ST CENTURY LEARNING SPACES LEARNING FRAMEWORK Kate – Going forward. Refer to the building blocks, biggest being the fundamental getting the learning right for all children. This means working in a climate of openness, a willingness to learn, to accept that your practice will be reflected upon by others and celebrated as well as being given pointers to improve and develop. For us, we want professionals who embrace this approach rather than seeing it as a slight on their abilities. WE ARE IN IT TOGETHER. Curriculum – reminder of the ENGAGING, so how wow is your wow, how motivated and excited are you and how do you relay that to your pupils. Mrs Grumpy results in Grumpy children. Environment – mention resource box photos here to put in boxes. SFL – USE IT – it is a really good reference doc. So exciting – Learning zones. Hope everyone has read, watched and enjoyed the homework clips and is developing an understanding of the principles of the zones. For me, it opens all sorts of doors for developing professional practice, not least much stronger team work and team commitment to developing all the children collectively in the phase. ALWAYS – we must monitor and review as we go along to ensure that standards are high and expectations for EVERY child are maximised. Jonathan = Paraguay Kate = poem to close Learning framework = 6Rs plus all of the consistent approaches we have Great teaching including drive, imagination, going beyond Poem – read to finish SHARED VISION ZONES OF LEARNING GREAT TEACHING OUTSTANDING LEARNING ENGAGING CURRICULUM ENVIRONMENT
