Horizon Blue Cross Blue Shield of New Jersey Tim Donald is a Senior Director at Horizon Blue Cross Blue Shield of NJ focused on supporting the Commercial Sales & Marketing division. Tim is responsible for partnering with the Divisional Leadership team to provide the strategy and delivery of Analytic tools and reporting. These tools support our business development in key markets as well as enable our Account Management teams to be more consultative and prescriptive with our various business partners including groups, brokers and consulting houses.
