2. BLUEBONNET RULES Students may read Bluebonnet books independently.
Students may have books read to them by teachers, mother readers, parents, or may buddy read them with a friend.
Teachers and mother readers may only read 5 books to a class.

3. BLUEBONNET RULES
Students must submit a written report or a quiz (that can be taken as the student reads the book) in order to receive credit for books read independently.
Mrs. Landry will keep records of all Bluebonnet Books read.
Teachers should Mrs. Landry when they have read a book to their class. Everyone in the class will get credit for that title. No written report or quiz is needed.

4. BLUEBONNET RULES You may only check out ONE Bluebonnet book at a time.
Bluebonnet CHAPTER BOOKS may be rechecked!

5. USE A BLUE REPORT FOR THESE BLUEBONNET TITLES

7. BLUEBONNET REPORT EXAMPLE
Title: Cinderella
Main Characters: Cinderella, Stepmother, Stepsisters, Fairy Godmother
Summary: Cinderella wanted to go to the Prince’s ball but the mean stepmother and stepsisters kept her too busy to get ready in time. Cinderella was crying in the garden when a fairy godmother appeared and granted her desire to go to the ball. She went to the ball and lost her shoe when she was leaving. The prince searched the kingdom and found Cinderella when the lost shoe fit her.

10. How do the quizzes work?
Bluebonnet Quizzes are in alphabetical order by title.
Pick up a quiz at the same time you check out the book.
Answer the questions as you read the book! The quiz is not meant to trick you, but to make sure that you have actually read the story.
You must get at least 8 of the 10 questions correct to receive credit for the story.
Ms. Landry will grade the quiz and return it only if corrections need to be made.
